Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a construction supervisor to manage day-to-day activities, supervise craft employees and subcontractors, and coordinate field operations with the project schedule.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, cost control, and delivery of projects on time. Candidates should have supervisory experience in construction and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in construction.
• Understanding scheduling and cost control with ability to supervise employees and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Review shop drawings and design conflicts; review RFIs; ensure quality control and safety.
• Coordinate equipment, construction methods, and sequencing of operations.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and oversee LEAN planning implementations.
• Perform daily risk management with project leaders; mitigate and document issues.
• Enforce safety culture and ensure the safety plan is followed.
• Oversee manpower, equipment, material, and subcontract activities; manage material handling per schedule.
