Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a Construction Supervisor to manage day-to-day field activities, oversee craft workers and subcontractors, and coordinate with the project schedule. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and cost control across multiple crews on site.

The position offers growth through three progression steps (I, II, Sr.) and requires strong communication and supervisory capabilities to drive on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in construction.
• Understanding of scheduling and cost control; ability to supervise crews and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shop drawings review and coordination with design and RFI processes.
• Manage equipment selection, methods, sequencing, and subcontractor meetings.
• Implement LEAN planning and daily risk management with project leaders.
• Enforce safety plans and quality control to meet Sundt's standards.
• Oversee manpower, equipment, material, and subcontract activities per the schedule.
• Prepare and maintain detailed area schedules and daily cost reporting.
