Sundt Inc. is seeking an experienced ironworker to plan, lay-out and perform structural steel erection and fabrication in compliance with plans, specs and codes. You must read drawings and work under supervision, with progression through levels I–Sr.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6+ years in industrial/commercial construction and ironworker trade.
• Able to read and understand drawings, specifications, safety and quality standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive working relationships with all crew members.
• Produce high quality work safely and productively at all times.
• Inspect subordinates' work for accuracy and compliance with plans and specifications.
• Eliminate waste such as waiting, rework, transporting, and material handling.
• Lift and carry heavy items up to 50 pounds.
