Job summary

ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies, seeks a College Superintendent Intern/Coop to gain hands-on experience on job sites and support superintendents across projects in various stages.

You will learn to create schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and help run projects from start to finish while maintaining safety and quality standards. Local on-site work with commuting requirements included.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade Point Average of 3.0 out of 4.0
• Ability to work onsite in the fall, spring or summer
• Local to Sullivan, Indiana or able to commute daily
• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or other related degree programs
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Work on the jobsite and gain hands-on experience from field personnel
• Learn scheduling, coordinating with subcontractors, and running a project smoothly
• Contribute to ARCO’s success by performing critical tasks in every project stage
