Job summary

ARCO Companies is seeking a College Superintendent Intern/Co-op to gain hands-on experience on diverse construction projects across commercial, industrial, and multi-family sites. You will work closely with field teams, observe site operations, and assist in scheduling and coordinating subcontractors.

Qualifying students should maintain a 3.0 GPA, be enrolled in a relevant program, and be willing to travel.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 on 4.0 scale or higher.
• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related program.
• Co-op or Intern experience preferred, not required.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong work ethic.
• Open to travel and working on varied sites.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites to observe field operations and learn from experienced personnel.
• Assist superintendents with scheduling and coordinating subcontractors.
• Support project execution from start to finish to ensure smooth progress.
• Contribute to project life cycle tasks and overall site efficiency.
