Job summary

Artisan Design Group in Tucson seeks a Field Superintendent to oversee multiple jobsites, ensuring floors are prepped for installation and completed on schedule. You’ll perform QC checks, coordinate with builders and install crews, and manage client relations on site.

Ideal candidates bring leadership in field management, flooring knowledge, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with teams to meet tight deadlines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years knowledge of flooring industry and installations preferred.
• Field Management experience preferred.
• Cabinet experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple jobsites and ensure readiness for installation.
• Perform QC checks on installations and ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain partnerships with builders and install crews.
• Manage client relations and act as liaison between client and contractors.
• Ensure safety and OSHA regulations are communicated and followed.
