Job summary

Artisan Design Group, LLC is seeking a Field Manager to oversee installation operations across multiple sites. You will coordinate with builders, superintendents, and independent installers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution from pre-installation to punch list completion.

The role requires strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a construction or field environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications, measurements, and installation requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in the field.
• Proficiency with mobile technology, including iPad and iPhone.
• Ability to communicate effectively with builders, installers, and internal teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with builders, superintendents, and independent installers across all project phases to ensure successful installation execution.
• Conduct pre-installation inspections to identify deficiencies and communicate issues for timely resolution.
• Perform field measurements and verify material quantities for full installation.
• Provide technical guidance to installers and ensure compliance with specifications and builder requirements.
• Monitor active job sites for safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Diagnose installation issues and implement solutions to maintain timelines and quality.
• Perform final inspections and complete punch lists and QA items.
• Schedule and coordinate independent contractors to support timely project completion.
• Monitor installer performance to inform contractor utilization decisions.
• Maintain accurate project tracking and logs, including lot tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
