Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Engineering, Building Science, Construction Management, or related discipline is required or a satisfactory combination of military training and construction experience.
• Ability to multitask across multiple duties and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for on-site coordination.
• Superior organizational skills for managing schedules, trades, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendent and/or Assistant Superintendent with administrative tasks, compliance, procurement, building and reporting duties.
• Review and interpret shop drawings.
• Review submittals and expedite materials as needed.
• Monitor production rates and project schedules against baselines.
• Supervise subcontractors and monitor work performance, progress and productivity.
• Support and/or supervise work crews from excavation through punch list.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and OSHA safety on-site.
• Assist with reporting obligations.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
