Job summary

Commercial Floor Resources seeks a Superintendent to lead daily field execution, ensuring safe, on-time progress and CFR-quality installations. You will manage crew assignments, monitor production, and communicate with the Division Manager, PM, GC, and customer to keep work moving and issues addressed promptly.

The role requires strong field flooring experience, leadership, and daily documentation—plus engagement with customers and field teams to sustain trust and reliability on every project.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial flooring field experience.
• Ability to lead crews and communicate expectations clearly.
• Knowledge of jobsite safety requirements and daily reinforcement of practices.
• Identify quality issues early and drive timely corrections.
• Strong communication with customers, GC, PM, and field team.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily jobsite rhythm by directing crew assignments, tracking progress, and adjusting plans to keep on schedule.
• Monitors workmanship to ensure installation meets CFR standards and corrects issues.
• Maintains a safe jobsite and completes all required safety documentation daily.
• Ensures crew understands the plan and communicates with Division Manager, PM, GC, and customer.
