Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG), a Lowe's company, seeks a Field Superintendent to oversee multiple flooring installation projects, ensure timely site readiness, and validate finished work. You will perform quality checks and manage sites to keep schedules on track.

Responsibilities include coordinating with builders, installers, and vendors, maintaining paperwork, and enforcing safety regulations. A leadership mindset and regional field experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years knowledge of flooring industry and installations preferred.
• Field Management experience preferred.
• Cabinet experience preferred.
• Ability to lead professionally and independently, with teamwork.
• Ability to estimate quantities, take field measurements, and plan resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver license and insurance meeting company requirements.
• Independent decision maker with multi-tasking ability.
• Self-reliant, proactive, and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Professional demeanor and urgency in task completion.
• IPAD use is required.
• Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper paperwork is submitted for tasks that require it.
• Ensure field has necessary materials for jobs.
• Maintain good working partnership with builders and install crews.
• Inspect concrete floors and readiness for installations.
• Perform QC checks on installations for quality workmanship.
• Perform service items when needed.
• Manage client relations and act as liaison between client and contractors.
• Manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure safety and OSHA regulations are communicated and followed.
