Qualifications

• Supervisory experience with a unionized workforce is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead field technicians during installation and modernization projects.
• Oversee scope and manpower planning to ensure timely, profitable completion.
• Train technicians on processes, tools and standards to ensure quality.
• Support sales with bids and resolve customer issues while maintaining safety standards.
