Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent in relevant work experience in the elevator industry or other technical field.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of elevators and escalators; leadership in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee servicing and repair of assigned units to meet quality and safety standards.
• Support sales in estimating service orders, scheduling and resolving customer complaints.
• Manage project audits and manpower planning for productivity and quality.
• Coordinate with local IUEC agents and ensure compliance with company policies.
