Job summary

M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking a Field Superintendent to lead exterior remodeling projects in Crown Point, IN. You will be on-site, hands-on, overseeing crews, inspections, and client communications to ensure quality workmanship and on-time delivery.

As part of a driven team, you will coordinate with Superintendents, Measure Techs, Field Managers, and Production to meet project goals while upholding our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience required (commercial a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with an iPad for project tracking.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs intermittently and 40 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs (sloped and flat), and inspect attics up to 2.5 stories high.
• Conversational Spanish or willingness to learn.

What You'll Do
