M&M Home Remodeling Services in Crown Point, IN is seeking a Full-Time Field Superintendent to lead exterior remodeling projects on-site. You will oversee operations, ensure safety and quality, and maintain strong client relationships while driving our growth.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience (commercial a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic proficiency with an iPad for project tracking
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs intermittently and 40 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs (sloped and flat), and inspect attics up to 2.5 stories high
• Conversational Spanish or a strong willingness to learn
