M&M Home Remodeling Services is hiring a Field Repair Technician to join our Chicago area team. You’ll work on residential homes throughout Chicagoland, performing window and door repairs, roofing, siding, and exterior improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license; able to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with window and door repairs and installations at residential sites.
• Perform roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, and gutter repairs as needed.
• Handle exterior home improvement projects and general repair tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns on-site.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site.
• Coordinate with homeowners and team members daily.

Every day is different. You'll work on residential homes throughout the Chicagoland area helping homeowners with:

• Window and door repairs and installations
• Roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, and gutter repairs
• Exterior home improvement projects
• General repair and service work
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns
• Maintaining a safe and professional job site

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons, including summer heat
• Enjoys hands-on work and solving problems
• Experience using basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  Able to lift 50+ pounds and climb ladders safely
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Construction, remodeling, roofing, siding, carpentry, maintenance, or general labor experience
