Job summary

M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking a Field Superintendent to lead exterior remodeling projects on site in Elmhurst, IL. You will oversee a team of professionals, ensure quality and safety, and drive projects from planning through completion.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience (commercial a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with an iPad for project tracking.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs intermittently and 40 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs (sloped and flat), and inspect attics up to 2.5 stories high.
• Conversational Spanish or willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

As a Field Superintendent, you'll work closely with a skilled team of Superintendents, Measure Techs, Field Managers, and our Production Team to:

• Oversee and manage exterior remodeling projects
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and safety
• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and goals
• Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout each project
• Help M&M maintain our 95% customer satisfaction rate

This role is vital in upholding our commitment to excellence, integrity, and client satisfaction.
