Job summary

M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking skilled Commercial Roofers for year-round work in Crete, IL. Starting pay is $25/hour with full-time, year-round opportunities in a growing exterior remodeling company.

Join our Production team and perform repair, maintenance, and installation across BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope roof systems while upholding safety standards and providing quality craftsmanship on active job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial roofing required.
• Experience with low-slope roof systems.
• Experience with repair and maintenance of multiple roofing systems.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to safely operate roofing tools and equipment.
• Ability to follow job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with a crew.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial roof repair, maintenance, and installation.
• Work on BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope roof systems.
• Remove snow, water, and debris from roofs before roofing work.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and other roofing equipment.
• Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently.
• Follow OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Communicate with the Commercial Field Superintendent and other team members.
• Work professionally around customers and on active job sites.
• Perform physical work including climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting 50+ lbs regularly.

M&M Home Remodeling Services is hiring Commercial Roofers and Foremen with experience in low-slope commercial roofing.

Starting pay: $25/hour

Year-round work available

What You'll Do

• Perform commercial roof repair, maintenance, and installation
• Work on BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope roof systems
• Remove snow, water, and debris from roofs before roofing work
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and other roofing equipment
• Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently
