Job summary

M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking a Field Superintendent to lead exterior remodeling projects in the Elmhurst area. You will oversee field teams, ensure quality workmanship, and drive project success on site.

The ideal candidate brings residential construction experience, strong organization and communication, and the stamina to manage outdoor work, ladders, and roof inspections across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience required, with ability to manage field crews.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Basic proficiency with an iPad for project tracking.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs intermittently and 40 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs, and inspect attics up to 2.5 stories.
• Conversational Spanish or willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

As a Field Superintendent, you'll work closely with a skilled team of Superintendents, Measure Techs, Field Managers, and our Production Team to:

• Oversee and manage exterior remodeling projects
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and safety
• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and goals
• Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout each project
• Help M&M maintain our 95% customer satisfaction rate

This role is vital in upholding our commitment to excellence, integrity, and client satisfaction.

• Ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs (sloped and flat), and inspect attics up to 2.5 stories high
• Conversational Spanish or a strong willingness to learn
