Job summary

M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking a Field Superintendent to lead exterior remodeling projects in Crown Point, IN. This on-site, hands-on role requires strong leadership, quality craftsmanship, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

You will oversee field teams, coordinate with the production department, ensure safety and timelines, and maintain excellent client relations across our growing Midwest network.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience; commercial experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs intermittently and 40 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs, and inspect attics up to 2.5 stories.
• Conversational Spanish or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage exterior remodeling projects.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and safety.
• Collaborate with team to meet project timelines and goals.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout each project.
• Help maintain a 95% customer satisfaction rate.
