Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the Field Success team and manage day-to-day staff activities in Southlake, TX. You will oversee hiring, audits, and process improvements while ensuring timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, maintaining data integrity, and coordinating with the Field Success Manager and Ops Director to implement policies and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expert level Excel user; XML Connector experience a plus.
• 2+ years experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• 2+ years experience managing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of 6–8 staff on Field Success tasks and daily activities.
• Process new hires via data file uploads timely and accurately.
• Complete audit reports accurately as needed and inform the Field Success Manager of area activities.
• Maintain data and system integrity and ensure goals are completed on schedule.
• Administer performance reviews and foster a team-oriented culture.
