Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electric utility relaying or equivalent; 2 years practical experience.
• 5-6 years direct relevant experience with utility protective relay installation and testing may substitute for the education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Test and maintain substation protective relays and controls.
• Field wiring and commissioning of SCADA points.
• Maintain drawings and field markup corrections for testing and maintenance.
• Assist with emergency backup and meter-related work.
