Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Strategic Field Initiatives Manager to lead enterprise-wide planning, execution, and improvement of major field-facing events and enrollment programs. You will develop scalable strategies and cross-functional playbooks that drive family engagement, retention, and revenue goals.

In this role, you will partner across Operations, Marketing, IT, Education, Finance and HR to align stakeholders, manage risk, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5–8 years leading complex projects, field events, enrollment campaigns, or cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and optimization for large-scale field events and enrollment initiatives.
• Translate objectives into integrated project plans, milestones, and implementation timelines.
• Develop repeatable playbooks, tools, and governance processes to improve scalability and consistency.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Operations, Marketing, IT, Education, Finance, HR and others.
• Identify operational risks and mitigation plans to protect timelines and outcomes.
• Use performance data and stakeholder feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Prepare updates and executive-ready materials communicating strategy, progress and risks.
• Other duties as assigned.
