Rincon Consultants is seeking a Scheduling and Logistics Specialist to support the coordination and scheduling of field staff across our California offices. You will work within the Project Services team to ensure staffing needs are identified, scheduled, communicated, and tracked effectively.

The role emphasizes field staffing coordination, onboarding support, safety readiness, and equipment coordination, with potential for expanding responsibilities in scheduling processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of scheduling, staffing coordination, and field operations experience.
• Experience in environmental consulting, engineering, or similar professional services.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day scheduling of field staff across projects.
• Maintain current schedules, availability, and upcoming fieldwork.
• Match staff to project needs based on location, qualifications, and requirements.
• Communicate staffing assignments and changes to managers and staff.
• Track scheduling trends and identify process improvements.
• Support onboarding, safety readiness, and field logistics.
