Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Min 3 years in scheduling, staffing coordination, or field operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling/project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day scheduling of field staff.
• Maintain centralized schedules and staffing availability.
• Receive staffing requests and match to project needs.
• Communicate assignments and schedule changes to teams.
• Identify conflicts and develop scheduling solutions.
• Maintain records and tracking tools for scheduling.
• Provide scheduling updates to project managers.
• Prepare weekly field staffing schedule.
