Job summary

CSI Pharmacy is seeking a Specialty Account Manager - IVIG for our Long Island, NY operations. This field sales role travels across Long Island from Monday to Friday, offering a base salary of $70K–$100K (DOE) plus an uncapped monthly commission.

You will build relationships with referral sources, collaborate with pharmacists and clinicians, and drive growth for our specialty services while upholding CSI’s patient‑centered mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years medical sales or equivalent experience.
• Home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience a major plus.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and access to a reliable automobile.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in designated sales territory/region.
• Collaborates with Senior Management to improve efficiency, product knowledge, and selling skills to meet goals.
• Formulates a quarterly business plan to achieve forecasted sales revenue goals.
• Actively prospect referrals from present and prospective customers.
• Develops territory routing plan to obtain optimal efficiency in servicing customer needs and marketing to new business/customers.
• Educates referral sources on CSI services and differentiators.
