Qualifications

• Extensive travel within territory and some overnight stays.
• Mechanical aptitude with training provided for rider repair.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Good written and spoken communication skills; presentation experience preferred.
• Empathy and ability to relate to customers; customer satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Cover a large territory for riding mower customer support.
• Diagnose and repair TTI riding mowers in the field.
• Recruit and train new service centers for riding mower repair programs.
• Train existing service centers within territory on current and new riding mowers.
• Serve as subject matter expert on riding mower programs.
• Visit customer residences to diagnose and repair mowers.
• Visit service centers when needed for repair assistance.
• Maintain open communication with all TTI parties.
• Provide phone support for customers and service centers as needed.
• Provide performance reports when requested.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management on current issues.
• Keep a clean, organized company-provided work vehicle and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
