Job summary

UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking a Field Specialist to develop and maintain customer relationships within an assigned territory. The role leads product knowledge events, supports sales efforts, and provides technical expertise to stores and contractors.

The position emphasizes customer engagement, field visits, and collaboration with Account Managers to drive new business leads and product adoption. A strong emphasis on communication, organization, and field support is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stores, and contractors.
• Visit contractors and retail locations according to the proposal schedule.
• Lead Product Knowledge events at retail locations and in the field.
• Field technical product calls and provide guidance to stores and contractors.
• Assist stores and contractors in generating project material lists.
• Pass leads to Account Managers and support the sales process as needed.
• Promote new products and services to generate new business leads.
• Generate leads through the store Special Orders program.
• Prepare reports and correspondence as required.
