Job summary

CRG Search is seeking an On-Demand Recruiter for its remote recruiting team. This agency-style, full-cycle role manages 5–10 requisitions across diverse clients and locations, with a mix of professional and skilled-labor roles and 60/40 split.

You’ll source, engage, qualify, present, and close candidates—without a business development requirement. You’ll collaborate with Account Managers, focus on proactive sourcing, and operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, with 100% remote

Qualifications

• 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in agency, staffing, RPO, or corporate environment.
• Experience recruiting direct-hire professional and/or skilled-labor talent.
• Strong proactive sourcing and headhunting skills, including passive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong candidate engagement, interviewing, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake through candidate placement.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, direct outreach, referrals, and other sourcing strategies.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
• Recruit across professional and skilled-labor disciplines.
• Screen and qualify candidates based on qualifications, experience, compensation, motivation, and fit.
• Present qualified candidates to clients through the internal Account Management team.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and maintain communication throughout the process.
• Follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders after interviews.
• Present and negotiate offers and help close candidates through acceptance and start.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies for difficult searches with Account Managers.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining urgency and candidate quality.
• Work toward individual recruiting and gross-margin goals.
