Job summary

Viacore Solutions, LLC is seeking a proactive Outside Sales Representative (Solutions Specialist) to cover the Greater Tampa, FL area. This field-based role requires experience in industrial sales and a willingness to travel.

You will manage the territory, build long-term relationships, and coordinate with distributors and manufacturers to grow opportunities. Compensation includes base salary plus commissions with full benefits commencing on hire.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with strong communication skills and desire to grow.
• Industrial parts or equipment sales: 2 years (preferred).
• Knowledge of conveyor belt industry and/or distribution industry preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proven sales track record of growth in industrial trade sales.
• College degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills; mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Managing assigned territory as well maintaining sales and generating new business.
• Developing long-term customer relationships.
• Recommending products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests.
• Improving product sales opportunities.
• Coordinates ongoing management of accounts with customer service and inside sales.
• Working with distributors and manufacturers to develop and manage new markets and territories.
