Job summary

Viacore Solutions, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Rocky Mount, NC region with a field-sales focus on industrial parts and conveyor belt products. You will manage the territory and develop relationships with distributors and customers, driving growth across Southeastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina.

The role offers base salary plus commissions, full-time schedule, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with strong communication skills and desire to grow.
• Industrial parts or equipment sales: 2 years preferred.
• Knowledge of conveyor belt industry and/or distribution industry preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proven sales track record of growth in industrial trade sales.
• College degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territory and maintain/generate new sales.
• Develop long-term customer relationships.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and interests.
• Improve product sales opportunities.
• Coordinate ongoing management of accounts with customer service and inside sales.
• Work with distributors and manufacturers to develop and manage new markets and territories.
