Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative support preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot product or service-related concerns to provide effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Stay up to date with company's products, services, and processes.
• Conduct Customer Satisfaction surveys via phone or email to gauge satisfaction.
• Collaborate with RMA, Customer Success, Sales, and Technical Support teams to resolve issues.
• Track customer success metrics and provide regular reporting on satisfaction trends.
• Perform administrative duties related to customer support.
