Matrix Design Group LLC is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to plan, configure, implement, and support technology solutions for customers and internal users. Based at our home office in Newburgh, IN, the role collaborates with project managers, engineers, and end users to meet business requirements and deliver on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, with 2-5 years in a related role.

Qualificações

• Minimum of a Certificate of Completion from a technical or trade school.
• 2-5 years of experience in field services, technical consulting, systems support, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, install, and implement software and hardware solutions.
• Gather and document customer or business requirements.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, and deployment strategies.
• Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and provide timely resolution.
• Train end users and administrators on system functionality and best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and implementation procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Provide post-implementation support and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, security policies, and industry best practices.
