Job summary

Axon Enterprise is seeking an embedded owner of customer outcomes within a strategic account, accountable for the full lifecycle of Axon's ecosystem. You’ll combine technical depth with operational leadership to transform how agencies operate, not just use software.

Onsite 3–4 days per week, you’ll design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows, ensure CJIS compliance, and partner with Product, Engineering, Sales and Services to drive measurable mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in relevant roles or similar experience.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles or complex deployments.
• Comfort working across hardware, software, cloud, and AI-enabled systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of Axon's ecosystem within a strategic account.
• Design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows and integrations on site.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to ensure successful deployments.
• Drive adoption, track mission outcomes, and establish patterns for reuse across accounts.
• Lead with CJIS compliance and data privacy in every build.
