Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to deliver real solutions in homeowners’ homes. You will build relationships, lead consultations, and leverage company leads with uncapped earning potential.

You’ll travel within your sales territory to inspect homes, educate clients on foundation repair options, and submit proposals. Training is provided, and advancement is strong within a world‑class brand.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-based or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business using warm pre-qualified leads.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and present solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with proposals.
• Close sales in the home and maintain relationships with customers.
• Report to home branch for sales initiatives and meetings.
