Job summary

Axon in the United States is seeking an experienced, hands-on builder to own the full lifecycle of agency deployments on site. You will design, build and ship capabilities across our platform, own outcomes end to end, and drive adoption and operational improvements in mission-critical environments.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support and Services, maintain CJIS compliance, and lead field-driven initiatives that turn insights into repeatable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or operational transformation.
• 8+ years of experience in complex deployment environments.
• Proven builder of automations, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.
• Ability to work across technical and operational domains with strong communication to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate into buildable, compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes.
• Design and ship working tools on Axon's platform: AI agents, workflows, automations, and data pipelines.
• Build with Axon products—configure and extend DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records in agency environments.
• Iterate in the field until adoption sticks and document patterns for reuse across accounts.
• Lead QBRs, mission reviews, and strategic planning with agency leadership.
• Capture field insights to influence roadmap decisions.
