Job summary

Axon in the United States seeks an on-site Field Transformation Leader to deliver customer outcomes within strategic accounts across Axon’s platform. You own end-to-end deployments, adoption and value realization, and collaborate with agency leadership to ship production-ready solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, strong cross-functional collaboration, and CJIS/compliance awareness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles or similar environments
• Experience in program management or operational transformation
• Proven track record shipping production-ready automation and integrations
• Comfort working across hardware, software, cloud and AI-enabled platforms
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders including command staff
• Ability to own outcomes end-to-end in fast-changing settings

Responsibilities

• Onsite, end-to-end ownership of deployments and adoption
• Design, build and ship capabilities on Axon platform (AI agents, workflows, integrations)
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Services
• Lead field operations, drive field intelligence and playbooks
• Maintain 3–4 days/week onsite presence with customers
• Define success metrics and capture baselines before deployments
