Job summary

Axon seeks a seasoned professional to own customer outcomes within strategic agencies, on site. You will design, build, and deploy capabilities on Axon's platform, including AI Era, agents, workflows, and data integrations, driving adoption and measurable mission outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure successful deployments, with a focus on CJIS compliance and security standards in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, operational transformation, or complex deployment environments.
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required.
• Proven builder: you have shipped working automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Owns the full lifecycle of Axon's ecosystem for assigned agencies, delivering outcomes end-to-end onsite.
• Design, build, and ship capabilities using Axon's platform (AI Era, agents, workflows, integrations) on site.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to ensure successful deployments and adoption.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning with agency leadership.
