Qualifications

• 12+ years relevant construction management experience with HS diploma.
• Associate degree plus 9 years in CM/Supervision.
• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years in CM/Supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain schedule and report delays to PM.
• Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
• Capture progress photos and label them.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure latest design revisions are used.
• Assist Project Construction Manager as needed.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with PM.
• Maintain on-site records per document control requirements.
• Follow CDM Smith Quality Policy and work instructions.
