Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required with significant relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus years of relevant experience in construction management/supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree plus years of relevant experience; degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline with at least three years in CM/Supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings and specifications.
• Maintain project schedule adherence and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports, Quality Inspection Reports, and Monthly Progress Reports.
