Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Setup Technician to join our Poway, CA team. The role focuses on setting up units, anchoring, leveling, interior and exterior seaming, VAPS installation, steps, canopies, and ramps to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries.

You will perform on-site installation/removal, complete work orders, maintain tools, and interact with customers and internal teams. A high school diploma, carpentry skills, a valid license, and a good driving record are required; veterans are

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED is required.
Carpentry skills and familiarity with construction trades are essential.
Set-up and knockdown experience is preferred.
Some experience with customer relationship management is preferred.
Valid driver's license and good driving record are required.

Responsibilities

Set up units: anchoring, leveling, seaming, VAPS installation, steps, canopies, ramps.
Install and remove skirting as needed.
Assist with building knock-downs and securing structures for shipment.
Perform electrical and plumbing service work on customer units.
Complete Work Orders and Service Orders via Field Service Application.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
