Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Setup Technician to support on-site installations and removals of modular spaces across project sites in the Indianapolis area. You will anchor, level, seam, install VAPS, and set up ramps and accessories to ensure quality installations and timely deliveries.

The role requires carpentry familiarity, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Requires a High School diploma or GED.
Carpentry skills and familiarity with construction trades.
Set-up and knockdown experience preferred.
Some experience with customer relationship management preferred.
Valid license and a good driving record required.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Set-up units including anchoring, blocking and leveling, interior/exterior seaming, VAPS installation, steps, canopies, and ramps.
Install or remove skirting as needed.
Assist with knock-down of buildings: ship walls, secure exterior walls, disconnect utilities, prepare for shipment, clean site.
Perform on-road service work including electrical and plumbing tasks.
Perform customer modifications as required.
Complete Work Orders and Service Orders via Field Service Application.
Maintain all tools and equipment in working condition.
May perform duties of Branch Service Tech or Field Service Tech as needed.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
