Job summary

The MIRATECH Field Services Training Supervisor leads, develops, implements, and improves our training, qualification, and certification programs for field technicians. You own onboarding, certification administration, competency development, training records, instructor development, and workforce development initiatives.

Travel up to 50% is required to support training delivery, field evaluations, audits, and customer training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in field service, commissioning, maintenance, technical support, training, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Field Services Training Program.
• Establish annual training plans and workforce development strategies.
• Own the technician onboarding program from offer acceptance through independent field qualification.
• Administer the Field Service Technician Certification Program.
• Maintain certification requirements across Technician I–III, Lead, Senior, and specialty levels.
• Coordinate written, practical, laboratory, and field evaluations.
• Develop and maintain training materials, instructions, presentations, references, troubleshooting resources, simulations, and exercises.
• Travel up to 50% to support training delivery and field evaluations.
