Job summary

MIRATECH in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Supervisor - Field Services Training to lead the development and delivery of our training, qualification, and certification programs across the field workforce. This role owns onboarding, certification management, and competency development, partnering with operations to align training with field needs and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 7+ years in field service, commissioning, maintenance, or related technical training.
• 3+ years in leadership, supervision, training, or workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Field Services Training Program.
• Establish annual training plans and workforce development strategies.
• Create and maintain standardized training processes across all technician levels.
• Own the technician onboarding program from offer through independent field qualification.
• Administer the Field Service Technician Certification Program.
• Develop and track training materials, work instructions, and practical exercises.
• Conduct field observations and technician evaluations.
• Provide quality and compliance support.
