Job summary

Catch Talent is seeking a Field Services Specialist to deliver instructor-led training on Trimble solutions to customers across the Northeast, including Maryland. You will join the Services Team to enable users in the Design-Build-Operate lifecycle.

The role requires travel up to 80% (vehicle provided), on-site and virtual training, strong communication, and CRM/documentation proficiency. Prior construction training experience and Salesforce familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to adults and maintaining engagement.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and growth focus.
• 2+ years as a construction tradesman OR 3+ years in a construction-related training role; layout knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication via phone, email, and in person; independent work style.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop mastery of Trimble solutions through training and mentorship.
• Deliver on-site and virtual instructor-led training on Trimble solutions.
• Present technical demonstrations showing productivity and accuracy gains.
• Maintain and update records in Salesforce; communicate with customers before/after training.
• Assist customers with issues in the field and generate leads for Sales.
• Present a professional image and uphold company values.
