Job summary

SITECH Allegheny, a Trimble solutions dealer, is seeking a Support Specialist to train and support customers on machine control systems and site positioning. You will help with software subscriptions, drones and aerial mapping, and provide on-site or classroom training.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed, reporting to the Sales Manager. A college degree and prior training experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide training and support on Trimble machine control systems and related software.
• Experience in customer training and service environments is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for customer training and support engagements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve customers' technical issues in a timely manner.
• Become field trained and factory certified on relevant equipment and software.
• Provide back-up support for field installation teams as needed.
• Deliver paid on-site and classroom training to customers of various levels.
• Develop training programs and provide customer feedback on services.
• Assist in configuring systems and proposing solutions for customers.
• Support customer connectivity installations and post-sale services.
