Job summary

A leading building materials supplier is seeking an entry-level representative to address construction service issues at customer sites. Responsibilities include investigating product conditions, recommending repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills. The role includes on-the-job training and may require occasional travel to customer locations.

Qualifications

• Entry level position with on-the-job training available.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to drive to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Investigates building workmanship and products on customer sites.
• Recommends replacement or repair of defective products.
• Negotiates third party repairs and inspects completed work.

Skills

Knowledge of company products

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of basic math and measurement skills

Valid Driver’s License

Education
