Qualifications

• Significant project field experience in construction support and maintenance.
• Knowledge of compliance with relevant codes like ASHRAE and ASME.

Responsibilities

• Compile and transmit O&M information during projects.
• Lead field commissioning and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.

Skills

Ability to read drawings and schematics

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including MS Project)

Experience with PLCs or Building Controls

Ability to work independently on-site

Education

HVAC trade school or apprenticeship

Military or technical experience
