Job summary

Responsibilities

• Investigates customer site issues and reports findings to the Customer Service team.
• Recommends replacement or repair of defective products.
• Negotiates and approves third-party repair/adjustment; inspects work.
• Plans own work to meet daily/weekly/project goals.
• Adheres to safety procedures and attends safety meetings.
• Other duties may be assigned.
