Responsibilities

• Investigates structural product issues at customer sites and reports findings to the Customer Service Supervisor.
• Recommends replacement or repair of defective components based on guidelines and cost efficiency; assists others with complex issues.
• Negotiates third party repairs/adjustments and inspects completed work for quality adherence.
• May train less experienced Field Service Reps.
• Plans and paces own work to meet daily/weekly/project goals.
• Observes safety procedures and participates in safety meetings; suggests improvements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
