Job summary

Iron Bow Technologies is seeking a Field Services Technician 1 to deliver IT support for the Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) contract across client sites in Virginia. Responsibilities include onsite and remote support, device imaging, and general troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.

You will assist end users with hardware and software issues, perform preventative maintenance, and help with asset management and updates, including after-hours support as needed.
